Memberships with EAEA will vary and offer different benefits. 

 

COMMUNITY PARNTER $1000 per month

Community Partners pay a monthly fee amongst all CP's can use the space to expand thier business for profit.  CP's have 1st right of refusal for the calendar use with the proper planning. CP's have 24 hour access to The Office and may be asked to participate in managing roles. Community Partners are selected based on thier relationships and participation in the community as a whole. CP's will enjoy Exclusive opportunites, while also taking advantage of discounts from our partnered retailers & other members. Community Partnerships are limited to 5 individuals. Community Partners are able to use the space to expand thier business for 3 calendar days (24 hours) per month. Please speak to a Representative regarding details and see Space Use Agreement.

 

 

ASSOCIATE PARTNER

$600 MONTHLY

Associate Partners pay a $600 monthly fee and can use the space to expand thier business for profit.  AP's  will pick 1 day (8 hours) on the calendar and can utilize that same day once a month if offering a consecutive running event. AP's  may be asked to participate in meetings with the Community Partners or the Managing Partner. Associate Partners are selected based on thier ability to be consistent in event planning and execution. AP's will enjoy Exclusive opportunites, while also taking advantage of discounts from our partnered retailers & other members. Associate Partnerships are limited to 2 individuals. EXECUTIVE MEMBER

$350 ANNUALLY

This membership includes *use of the space (for a  rate of $135 an hour per side) for private ideas, events, classes, meetings & more! Executive Members have 1st right or refusal for calendar dates next to community partners, can book up to 2 dates at a time and can book 120 days in advance with a **deposit. The Executive Member can use the space to expand thier business and profit.  Enjoy Exclusive opportunites, while also taking advantage of discounts from our partnered retailers & other members. ASSOCIATE MEMBER

$100 ANNUALLY

This membership includes *use of the space( for a rate of $175 per hour per side) for private ideas, events, classes, meetings & more! Associate Members can book calendar dates 1 date at a time with a **deposit. The Associate Member may not profit from the use of the space or use the space to make a profit. Enjoy Exclusive opportunites, while also taking advantage of discounts from our partnered retailers & the businesses of other members. Please speak to a Representative regarding details and see Space Use Agreement

 

ALL Participating Members

 will be allowed to attend all events (unless otherwise noted), Attendance may or may not include  one-time membership dues for entry. Enjoy discounts from our partnered retailers & the businesses of other members.

$25 & Up

This fee will vary depending on the event, opportunity or amenities that are included. This membership is only good for 1 event only, whichever applies after registration! 

Memerships are NOT TRANSFERABLE.

 

ALL MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER TO USE SPACE FOR MEETINGS IF AVAILABLE, HAVE COFFEE, TEA OR BEVERAGES. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PRIVATE MEETINGS. MEETINGS ARE OPEN & SET IN A SHARED SPACE.

This is for individual or small group use that includes 1-7 people. Meeting space includes a drink and a snack & cost is $10 per member / guest. Tables seat up to 6 and Lounge Sections seat 7. There are also individual seats available. Meetings / workspace is only available for 30 minutes to 1 hour at a time. Call or check the website for availability. EVERYONE CAN BE SUBJECT TO NON-ENTRY, WHICH WILL BE DETERMINED BY MANAGEMENT. Our host will folow-up with you when your timer ends. If the space is still available, you may stay longer, yet another minimum donation of $10 each member for snacks / drinks will be required (snacks and beverages are sold separately). All days will not be available if date is dedicated for private use. Always check the website for updates! Other rules may apply upon entry! The host will inform you.
